Depending upon your needs we have a range of psychometric assessments that can assist with what stage the individual is at in their development. We can use 360 degree feedback to gain an understanding and benchmark for what skills need developing.

Our Training Style
Our training style is experimental with skills modelled by the head trainer (a qualified and experienced executive coach), skills are then practiced in pairs, trios or groups, supported by discussion and mentoring so that participants discover the benefits for themselves and make the process relevant to their own work.
